tuesday, october 9.
i finally got around to editing my photos from our tsushima, japan biking trip! the first night/day went a little something like this: we had to leave seoul (via bus) at 10:30 p.m. in order to get to our early morning ferry ride in busan. once we arrived to busan, we picked out bikes and sat around in the ferry terminal for some time.
the ferry ride was pretty rough on my stomach, but we all survived.
here we are, finally in japan! this is my group of friends from KNP that i traveled with.
[me, yune, lauren, tricia, and erin.]
the entire group of travelers consisted of about 40 people, but my friends and i stayed together and biked at a leisurely pace.
[i mean, look at all those bikes!]
we stopped at a supermarket to get some grub. NATURALLY, i grabbed some delicious sushi.
we didn't actually bike far (slash at all) the first day, but we immediately took a much-needed tiger snooze when we arrived to our "traditional japanese guesthouse."
in the same town as the guesthouse was a little festival that we spent some time at.
day one was a breeze, but the following were more of a challenge. i'll write about day two later =]
